Sri Lanka, April 30 -- The Department of Motor Traffic has announced that its main office will be closed on Monday (5) and Tuesday (6) to facilitate the upcoming local government elections scheduled for May 6.

The main office of the Department of Motor Traffic, located at No. 5, Elvitigala Mawatha, Colombo 05, has been gazetted as polling centres for Colombo East Electoral Divisions.
