Sri Lanka, May 30 -- The case filed against Yoshitha Rajapaksa, son of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, and his relative Daisy Forrest, who are facing charges under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, has been adjourned until July 11 by the Colombo High Court.

The case was called before Colombo High Court Judge Aditya Patabendige today (30).

Senior State Counsel Udara Karunatilake, appearing for the prosecution, submitted a relevant document to the court.

President's Counsel Sampath Mendis, representing the defendants, informed the court that a list of necessary documents and witness statements required for the trial had been submitted to the prosecution, requesting their provision.
