Sri Lanka, Sept. 14 -- Preliminary tests on chemical samples from the Middeniya area have revealed the presence of methamphetamine in the majority of the samples.

This is according to a report from the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board (NDDCB).

The report also noted that no precursor chemicals were found in the samples.
