Sri Lanka, Jan. 28 -- The Ministry of Transport, Highways, Ports and Aviation has announced plans to add 20 new check-in counters at Katunayake Airport, aimed at enhancing facilities amidst a significant rise in tourist arrivals.
Additionally, the Ministry has decided to make arrangements to resume domestic flights in the country.
These decisions were made during a special discussion held at the Bandaranaike International Airport, chaired by Minister Bimal Ratnayake.
