Sri Lanka, May 16 -- The Kapilavastu Nisaka Sri Sarvagna Dhatu and the Buddha's bowl relics, having been venerated by countless devotees at the historic Seruwawila shrine, were brought to the Tampita Rajamaha Viharaya in Habarana.

An afternoon Sambuddha Pooja was conducted for the sacred relics at the Tampita Rajamaha Viharaya under the guidance of the Maha Sangha.

The relics were at the Tampita Rajamaha Viharaya for public veneration until 3:00 PM on May 15.

Earlier that day, the procession carrying the Kapilavastu Nisaka Sri Sarvagna Dhatu and the Buddha's bowl relics commenced its journey from the Seruwawila shrine towards Maliyadeva Boys' College in Kurunegala, with thousands of devotees along the route having the opportunity to pa...
