Srilanka, Dec. 9 -- Justice Yasantha Kodagoda, PC, has been sworn in as Acting Chief Justice before the President of Sri Lanka at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo.
He will carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Chief Justice while the substantive Chief Justice, Preethi Padman Surasena, and a delegation of Supreme Court judges are overseas on official business.
