Sri Lanka, Feb. 5 -- Investigations into the newly released "Epstein Files" by the U.S. Department of Justice have revealed 188 mentions of Sri Lanka within the massive data set.
The documents, which include millions of emails, flight logs, and meeting notes, are being released in batches following the passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act in late 2025.
The U.S. Department of Justice website currently requires users to verify they are over 18 before accessing the database, as certain files contain graphic descriptions of sexual abuse that are not suitable for all audiences.
