Sri Lanka, July 1 -- Japan has pledged $ 2.5 million to support a project aimed at strengthening Sri Lanka's anti-corruption mechanisms.
The agreement was signed today (01) at the Japanese Embassy with the participation of Ambassador Akio Isomata, UNDP Resident Representative Azusa Kubota, and Minister of Justice Harshana Nanayakkara.
The initiative will enhance transparency, accountability, and integrity in government and business sectors through improved institutional anti-corruption measures.
