Sri Lanka, May 6 -- The Israeli military has confirmed conducting an air strike on Sanaa International Airport, the main air gateway to Yemen's capital. According to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), the operation successfully targeted and destroyed key infrastructure belonging to the Houthi group at multiple locations within the city, effectively leading to the airport's "complete shutdown." This marks the second Israeli strike on the airport in recent months, following a similar action last December.
