Sri Lanka, Jan. 15 -- Showery conditions across the island are likely to diminish beginning today (15). The shift suggests a move toward clearer conditions for most of the country.
Limited rainfall remains possible in specific areas, with showers or thundershowers expected in a few locations within the Kalutara, Galle, Matara, and Ratnapura districts after 4:00 p.m. Elsewhere, mainly fair weather is predicted to prevail.
Morning commuters should be aware of misty conditions likely to develop in parts of the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, and Northwestern provinces, as well as the Galle and Matara districts.
