Sri Lanka, June 29 -- Investigators have successfully downloaded the flight recorder data from the Air India aircraft that tragically crashed on June 12, killing all 260 people on board.
India's Ministry of Civil Aviation confirmed this development.
The Boeing 787 Dreamliner, which was bound for London, crashed and was destroyed just minutes after taking off from Ahmedabad Airport in India.
The Ministry of Civil Aviation stated that a team led by India's Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau, in collaboration with the US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), accessed data from the cockpit voice recorder (CVR) and the flight data recorder (FDR).
