Sri Lanka, March 16 -- Foreign Minister Vijitha Herath announced in Parliament on the 15th that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Sri Lanka in early April.

He stated that several projects, including the Sampur Power Plant, will be launched during the visit.

The Minister also mentioned that a delegation from the European Union is scheduled to visit Sri Lanka next week to review the GSP+ tax concessions granted to the country.
