Sri Lanka, Nov. 2 -- The Ministry of Environment has introduced a dedicated hotline number for the public to provide information regarding any damage or harm to Sri Lanka's forest system or the environment.

Accordingly, any individual can provide information by calling the number 1995.

Minister of Environment Dhammika Patabendi stated that the hotline will be operational starting tomorrow (November 3).
