Sri Lanka, April 22 -- The Health Promotion Bureau has issued a set of guidelines to ensure the health and safety of devotees participating in the "Siri Dalada Vandana" exposition.
Devotees are advised to drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration, consume home-cooked food whenever possible, and ensure they take their daily medication at the prescribed times, carrying extra supplies if needed.
Additionally, individuals with long-term health conditions are advised to carry a photocopy of their diagnostic records or clinic card.
The Health Promotion Bureau also emphasises that in the event of any health issues, pilgrims should promptly seek assistance from officials stationed along the queue routes or at the established health centres....
