Sri Lanka, April 18 -- A special health and sanitation program has been launched to accommodate the large number of devotees expected to visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy for the ongoing "Siri Dalada Wandana", the special exposition of the Sacred Tooth Relic.

According to Kandy District Secretary Indika Udawatte, a range of facilities has been established to cater to the needs of pilgrims. These provisions include temporary and mobile toilet systems strategically placed around the temple premises, as well as dedicated health centres to provide assistance if required.
