Sri Lanka, April 26 -- Pivithuru Hela Urumaya leader Udaya Gammanpila today (26) disclosed details of two energy sector agreements, part of the seven signed by the current Sri Lankan government with India.

Speaking at a media briefing, he revealed a trilingual agreement involving India, Sri Lanka, and the United Arab Emirates.

Gammanpila stated that this agreement pertains to the laying of an oil pipeline connecting India and Sri Lanka, with the aim of establishing Trincomalee as a regional energy hub.
