Srilanka, Nov. 18 -- The Panadura Divisional Criminal Investigation Bureau reports it arrested four individuals involved in drug trafficking, who distributed narcotics belonging to three drug traffickers hiding abroad, following instructions from a wedding dress rental operator.

The arrests resulted in the seizure of heroin valued at close to Rs. 1 million.

Police took into custody 33,770 milligrams of heroin and a motorcycle obtained in a drug transaction from the suspects.

The suspects were arrested following information received during raids conducted in the Panadura Police Division, concurrent with the government's 'A Nation United' national operation.
