Sri Lanka, June 19 -- Former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella, his wife, and one daughter, who were remanded yesterday (18) after failing to meet bail conditions in connection with a money laundering investigation, were released this afternoon (19) after fulfilling those conditions.

However, two other daughters of former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella and the husband of one of them were arrested by the Commission to Investigate Bribery or Corruption today when they arrived to give statements.

The investigation concerns assets worth over 134 million rupees, including apartments and a motor vehicle, with nearly 40 fixed deposit accounts and life insurance plans already suspended.
