Sri Lanka, Feb. 3 -- Temporary driving permits based on foreign licenses are now being issued at several regional branches of the Department of Motor Traffic.

According to the department, these services are currently operational at the transport offices in Kurunegala, Hambantota, Gampaha, Anuradhapura, and Jaffna.
