Srilanka, Dec. 26 -- A sudden fire broke out at a private residence in the Mahabutgamuwa area of Kotikawatta this afternoon (26).

The Colombo Fire Service Department confirmed that four fire engines were immediately dispatched to the location to bring the flames under control.
