SriLanka, Nov. 6 -- A tragic incident was reported at the Maussakele Tea Estate factory, which belongs to the Maskeliya Plantations PLC.

An estate worker on the night shift was killed instantly after his head sustained injuries in a tea rolling machine.

The deceased was a 49-year-old father of two who resided on the Maussakele Estate.

The Maskeliiya Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
