Sri Lanka, April 2 -- A lane of the Ella-Wellawaya road in the Karadagolla area has been blocked due to earthslips and rock slides, the Disaster Management Center (DMC) reported.

Authorities have urged motorists to exercise caution while traveling through the affected area. Efforts are underway to clear the debris and restore normal traffic flow.
