Sri Lanka, March 24 -- Deputy Minister of Digital Economy Eranga Weeraratne addressed the delay in the launch of billionaire businessman Elon Musk's Starlink satellite broadband service, speaking to Hiru News.
The Deputy Minister explained that the delay is due to the company's failure to provide necessary security measures. "Starlink Service should provide us with a dashboard to allow for investigation into security measures. Once this facility is available, the service can go live," he stated.
