Sri Lanka, July 3 -- A 42-year-old woman and her 14-year-old son were found murdered inside their home in south-east Delhi's Lajpat Nagar last night (2).

A manhunt ended with the arrest of their domestic help from a train in Uttar Pradesh.

The victims, identified as Ruchika Sewani and her son Krish were allegedly killed with sharp-edged weapon.

Their bloodied bodies were found inside their locked home after Ruchika's husband, Kuldeep, alerted the police upon noticing blood stains on the staircase and not being able to reach them over the phone.
