Sri Lanka, March 16 -- A defect has been identified in one of the two oil pipelines connecting the Colombo Port to the Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminal Limited in Kolonnawa, the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) announced today.

The CPC assured that steps are being taken to maintain an adequate fuel supply using the remaining operational pipeline.
