Sri Lanka, Aug. 4 -- The Colombo High Court today(4) announced that the order regarding the bail application for Sudath Janaka Fernando, the owner of a drug company and a defendant in the case concerning the alleged supply of substandard antibody injections, will be delivered on August 7.

The order was originally scheduled to be announced today. However, High Court Judge Indrika Kalingawansha informed the court that the decision would be made on August 7.

Sudath Janaka Fernando, who has been remanded for nearly a year and a half, is the first defendant in the case filed before a three-judge High Court bench, which also includes former Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella. Fernando's bail application to the Maligakanda Magistrate's Court...
