Sri Lanka, Jan. 24 -- Research has shown that people who are infected with the coronavirus and recover from it develop immunity to the virus for at least 6 months.

According to a study by scientists at the University of Rockefeller in the United States, these antibodies have the potential to evolve.

Accordingly, it was revealed that it has the potential to prevent the infecting of British or South African coronavirus strains.

Previously, a UK study showed that persons who were infected with COVID-19 are highly likely to have an immunity to the COVID-19 virus for at least five months.
