Sri Lanka, April 25 -- The Colombo Magistrate's Court has ordered the re-calling of the case against former Minister Mervyn Silva, who is a suspect in the unlawful entry and disorderly conduct incident at the Sri Lanka Television Corporation.
The case has been adjourned until June 30.
When the case was called today (25), Silva did not appear in court.
The court was informed that he is currently in remand.
Consequently, the Magistrate ordered the case to be postponed.
The court also issued an order for Silva to be produced before the court on that date, if he remains in custody.
