Sri Lanka, May 3 -- Investigations into the death of a student at Sabaragamuwa University and a youth who died while in police custody in Kosgoda have been transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), the Police Media Spokesperson announced today.

The Acting Inspector General of Police has ordered the transfer of the investigations.
