Sri Lanka, April 19 -- The Central Bank of Sri Lanka has announced that it will offer Treasury bills worth one hundred and fifteen billion rupees (Rs.115 billion) through an auction scheduled for Wednesday, April 23.
According to the Central Bank, the auction will include the issuance of Treasury bills across three different maturity periods:
Thirty billion rupees (Rs.30 billion) worth of bills with a 91-day maturity period.
Sixty billion rupees (Rs.60 billion) worth of Treasury bills maturing after 182 days.
An additional twenty-five billion rupees (Rs.25 billion) worth of bills with a 364-day maturity period will also be offered.
