Sri Lanka, Feb. 19 -- Central Bank Governor Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe says it is a positive sign that the current government continues to follow the same macroeconomic policies despite the change in administration.
Speaking at a seminar on the 2025 budget held in Colombo today (18), he stated that the government aims to generate Rs. 5 trillion in revenue through this year's budget targets.
The seminar, held under the patronage of Dr. Weerasinghe and Finance Ministry Secretary Mahinda Siriwardena, focused on economic strategies for the coming year.
