Sri Lanka, Jan. 13 -- The Central Depository Systems (Pvt) Limited (CDS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE), and National Development Bank PLC (NDB) have partnered to enhance the efficiency of dividend disbursement systems for companies listed on the CSE through the introduction of a streamlined dividend pay-out solution.

The partnership aims to strengthen capital market infrastructure while improving the investment process for both issuers and investors.

Formalised through a service agreement, the partnership enables NDB to support CSE-listed companies in seamlessly managing dividend pay-outs through a dedicated system.
