Sri Lanka, Jan. 30 -- The Colombo Magistrate's Court ordered the case against former Minister Rajitha Senaratne and another defendant to be recalled on July 10.

The complaint involves allegations of causing a loss exceeding Rs. 20 million to the government by awarding a sand mining project at the Kirinda Fisheries Harbour to a Korean company.

The matter came up today before Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodharagama.

During the proceedings, officials from the Bribery Commission stated that investigations into the incident remain ongoing and requested a further date to report on progress.
