Sri Lanka, March 15 -- Leader of the House, Minister Bimal Ratnayake, announced in Parliament that a two-day debate will be held on the Batalanda Commission report soon and that the report will also be presented to the Attorney General.

The Batalanda Commission report, which has drawn significant attention, was tabled in Parliament yesterday. Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe had recently mentioned in an interview with Al Jazeera that the report had not been previously presented to Parliament.
