Sri Lanka, Jan. 22 -- A young woman, allegedly distributing narcotics in Kandy and surrounding areas while using a fake Facebook profile to criticise drug use was arrested today by the Kandy Police Vice Squad.

Police officials state that the suspect gained their trust by providing information on other dealers, using this relationship as a cover for her own illegal operations. Authorities recovered 17 grams of heroin from the woman, who operated under the pseudonym 'Tina' on social media.
