Sri Lanka, April 29 -- The Bribery Commission will soon question officials of state institutions, as well as the ministers who abetted them, regarding allegations of corruption within those institutions.

This was announced by Cabinet Spokesperson Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa today.

The Minister made these remarks while addressing the media briefing on cabinet decisions held at the Government Information Department.

During the briefing, he also stated that only journalists with media accreditation will be permitted to ask questions in the future.

This announcement comes in the wake of questions raised regarding recent shooting incidents.
