Sri Lanka, Sept. 4 -- The National Water Supply and Drainage Board has announced a 9-hour water cut in several areas near Colombo this Saturday (6) due to essential maintenance at the Ambathale Water Treatment Plant.

The water supply will be interrupted from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for areas from Colombo 01 to 15, as well as Battaramulla, Pelawatta, Hokandara, Kothswatta, Thalawathugoda, Kotte, Rajagiriya, Mirihana, Madiwela, Nugegoda, Nawala, Kolonnawa, IDH, Kotikawatta, Angoda, Wellampitiya, Orugodawatta, Mulleriyawa, Maharagama, Boralesgamuwa, Dehiwala, Ratmalana, and Moratuwa.
