Sri Lanka, March 24 -- Police arrested 57 people aged 18 to 35 during a raid on an 'Instagram party' at a hotel in Uswetakeiyawa. Drugs, including 'ICE' and cannabis, were seized during the operation.

Pamunugama Police arrested 57 people during a raid at a hotel in Uswetakeiyawa where an Instagram party involving illegal drugs was taking place.

Among those arrested were 16 individuals found with ice and Kerala cannabis, along with 7 female suspects and 34 male suspects held on suspicion.

The hotel owner was also arrested with 3 grams and 200 milligrams of ice. The suspects, aged between 18 and 35, are residents of Colombo suburbs. Police are continuing investigations.
