Sri Lanka, Aug. 28 -- A 39-year-old man from the Kovilkandura Yatimadura area in Nuwara Eliya was electrocuted after he came into contact with an illegal power line yesterday (27), according to the Theripaha police.

Initial investigations revealed that the man was killed by a power line he had illegally set up himself to power a paddy field near his house.

The Theripaha police are conducting further investigations.
