Sri Lanka, May 13 -- The annual "Hiru Uttama Dhathu Vandana" has commenced at the historic Seruwawila Mangala Raja Maha Viharaya, where the sacred forehead bone and hair relics of the Lord Buddha are enshrined.
Organised in conjunction with the "Hiru Shakyasingha Mangalyaya" and based on the vision of Hiru Media Network Chairman, Rayynor Silva, the "Hiru Uttama Dhathu Vandana" brings the Kapilavastupura Nisaka Sri Sarvagna Dhathu to venerated sites across the island each year.
