Jaipur, June 8 -- Congress leader Sachin Pilot on Saturday met former Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot at his Jaipur residence, in the first such informal meeting since the 2020 political crisis. Soon after the meeting, Gehlot, in a post on X, said: "...I and Rajesh Pilot stepped in the Lok Sabha together for the first time in 1980 and have remained MPs together for almost 18 years. I am still disheartened by his sudden demise. His departure was a big blow to the party as well." The senior Congress leader also shared a photo of their meeting.
