Women leading forces a matter of pride: CJI
New Delhi, June 7 -- The sight of women officers flying sorties in Operation Sindoor - in the wake of the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack that claimed lives of 26 civilians - was a "matter of immense pride" for the nation and a testament to the Indian Constitution's transformative promise of equality, liberty, justice and fraternity, Chief Justice of India Bhushan R Gavai has said.
