Gurugram, Dec. 19 -- A 23-year-old shooter from Bhiwani was allegedly raped at a hotel in Faridabad, where she arrived for a competition, police said Thursday, adding that three people, including a fellow woman shooter, have been arrested.
The victim was in Faridabad for a shooting championship in Surajkund, along with a 26-year-old colleague from Rajasthan. After the event on Tuesday, the colleague persuaded her to stay overnight at a hotel in Khwaja Sarai.
Police said the colleague's boyfriend booked two rooms but arrived with a male friend. The victim said she was forced to consume alcohol and later sent to a room where the friend raped her. When she protested, the boyfriend assaulted her. All three have been arrested.htc
