India, Jan. 10 -- Gautam Budh Nagar recorded its coldest morning of the season on Friday, with the minimum temperature plunging to 4.4degC, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum temperature hovered around 16degC, while dense fog and high humidity continued to dominate early morning conditions.
On Thursday, the district recorded a minimum temperature of 6.0degC and the maximum settled at 15.8degC, indicating a further drop in night temperatures within 24 hours.
Visibility remained poor during morning, affecting commuters in Greater Noida, Noida and surrounding areas, the IMD said.
