India, Nov. 6 -- The United States is mourning the death of former Vice President Dick Cheney, who died on November 4 at the age of 84. Over the last two days, flags have been lowered to half-mast in several states honor the legacy of Cheney, who, under President George Bush, became one of the most powerful VPs, overseeing the time around 9/11, the Iraq and the Afghanistan war.
