India, Dec. 15 -- The second person who was fatally shot in the tragic incident has been identified as student Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokov, according to officials on Monday, NY POST reported.

Jonathan Henick, the US ambassador to Uzbekistan, expressed his sorrow over "the loss of his bright future" and extended "sincere condolences" to the family and friends of the young man.

Umurzokov was among the two students who lost their lives in a campus building on Saturday due to a shooting incident.
