India, Sept. 12 -- Yordanis Cobos-Martinez has been arrested and charged with capital murder in connection with the horrific killing of 50-year-old Chandra Nagamallaiah, an Indian man working as a motel manager in Dallas, Texas. According to the Dallas Police, Cobos-Martinez admitted to decapitating Nagamallaiah and placing his head in a bin.
An arrest affidavit cited by CBS News states that the 37-year-old suspect was allegedly involved in an argument with the victim on Wednesday morning. The suspect was angry at 50-year-old Chandra Nagamallaiah for taking a co-worker's help to communicate to Cobos-Martinez not to use a broken washing machine.
