India, July 16 -- Emilie Kiser's husband, Brad Kiser, has been recommended for charges on Tuesday for the drowning death of their three-year-old son, Trigg, on May 16. The Chandler Police Department announced that Brady Kiser has been recommended for Class 4 felony charge of child abuse.

"After a thorough review of the evidence, we have submitted the case to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office for further review and any potential prosecutorial decisions," Chandler Police said in a statement.
