India, Jan. 28 -- One knows a film is working when the characters from the story linger even after the film is over. In Tunisian director Amel Guellaty's charming road trip comedy Where the Wind Comes From, Alyssa and Mehdi are two terrific examples of the same kind. One has a perchance for creating trouble; the other's first instinct is to run away.
