India, Jan. 14 -- The State Department said on Wednesday that it was suspending the processing of immigrant visas from 75 countries, including some that will be participating in the 2026 FIFA World Cup hosted by the US and Mexico. Spokesman Tommy Pigott said that Washington would suspend visas based on nationality to bring an 'end to the abuse of America's immigration system'.
